Privacy Policy

Award Flight Daily ("we", "our", "the service") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email eCriswell@dpcmemphis.com.

What we collect

• Account info: email address and (for password accounts) a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile info from Google.
• Usage data: the searches you run, the API calls you make, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps). This is used to operate the service, enforce rate limits, and debug issues.
• Billing info: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number; we only receive a customer identifier and subscription status from Stripe.
• Cookies: a session cookie/JWT to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To provide and operate the award flight search service and MCP API.
• To send transactional email (account confirmation, alerts you subscribe to, billing receipts).
• To enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, and improve search quality.
• To respond to support requests you send us.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share your search history with airlines, loyalty programs, or third parties.
• We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking.

Third parties we use

• Stripe — payment processing for paid plans.
• Google — optional Google Sign-In.
• Railway — application hosting.

Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Server logs are kept for a limited operational window (typically 30–90 days). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing eCriswell@dpcmemphis.com.

Your choices

• Access / deletion: email us to request a copy of your data or to delete your account.
• Email preferences: alert emails include an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (billing, security) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
