Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Award Flight Daily ("the service"). By creating an account or using the API, you agree to them. Questions: eCriswell@dpcmemphis.com.

What we provide

Award Flight Daily aggregates publicly available award flight availability from loyalty programs and exposes it through a web app and an MCP/HTTP API. Data is provided for personal, informational, and travel-planning use.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Sharing an account or reselling API access requires written permission.
• You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction (typically 18+).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or republish bulk data without permission.
• Exceed published API rate limits or attempt to bypass them.
• Use the service to violate any airline's or loyalty program's terms (e.g., automated booking, ticket flipping).
• Attempt to disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities without coordinated disclosure, or interfere with other users.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Data accuracy

Award availability changes constantly. We make a best effort to keep data fresh, but we do not guarantee accuracy at the moment of booking. Always confirm availability with the airline or loyalty program before transferring points or making travel commitments. We are not responsible for losses arising from stale or inaccurate data.

Paid plans and the MCP API

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case — email us and we'll work with you in good faith.
• Rate limits, included quotas, and feature scope are listed on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

The service, including the codebase, branding, and user interface, belongs to Award Flight Daily. Underlying award availability data is sourced from third-party loyalty programs and is not owned by us. You retain ownership of any account-specific content you submit (such as saved searches and alert criteria).

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, communicated to active accounts by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
